By accessing and using CarriersVault ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
CarriersVault provides a subscription-based platform for extracting and analyzing carrier data from the FMCSA SAFER database. The Service includes:
We offer three subscription tiers:
All subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until canceled.
Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly on the date you sign up.
Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and debit cards.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support.
No Refunds: All payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused services.
Access After Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription during a billing cycle, you will retain access to the Service until the end of that billing period. Your usage quota will remain available until the cycle ends.
Example: If you subscribe on January 5th and cancel on January 20th, you will have access until February 5th with your full monthly quota available.
Each subscription tier includes a monthly limit on the number of MC records you can scrape. Limits reset on the 1st of each month. Exceeding your limit will prevent further scraping until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade your plan.

While we strive to provide accurate data from the FMCSA database, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information. You use the data at your own risk.
We aim to provide 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages that temporarily affect service availability.
The Service, including all software, design, and content, is owned by CarriersVault and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property.
CarriersVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior. Termination for violation will result in immediate loss of access without refund.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].
